When to Replace

Installation Tips

• Disconnect the washing machine from the main power supply and shut off the water valves before beginning any repairs.
• Use a flat-blade putty knife to release the front spring clips under the main top panel, allowing the lid assembly to lift up.
• Take a photograph of the original wire harness routing path along the chassis to ensure the new harness is secured safely away from moving tub components.
• Unscrew the original lock mechanism, disconnect the harness from the control board, and route the new assembly into the exact same position.
