At BlueStars Replacement Parts, we strive for 100% customer satisfaction. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Log into your account or use our guest portal to select the order and items you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the replacement parts in their original packaging, ensuring all components and manuals are included to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number for reference.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned parts, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
