Compatibility & Fitment

  • Fits Weber Genesis II series gas grills (2017 and newer)
  • Fits Weber Spirit II series gas grills (2017 and newer)
  • Compatible with models such as E-210, S-210, E-310, and S-310 with front-mounted controls

When to Replace

  • The existing button is physically cracked, broken, or will not depress
  • Ignition fails to spark when the button is pressed (verify battery and igniter module first)
  • The connection to the igniter module is loose or corroded at the switch terminals
  • Ignition functions intermittently when the button is used

Installation Tips

  • Disconnect the gas supply and ensure the grill is cool before beginning work
  • Access the back of the control panel to disconnect the two wire leads from the old switch
  • Gently depress the locking tabs on the old switch to remove it from the control panel
  • Insert the new switch into the panel opening until it snaps securely in place
  • Reconnect the two wire leads to the flat spade terminals on the new switch
